SHUTTLE BUS

Friday night dinners at del Rios are quickly becoming the highlight of the week for many of our diners. We would like to extend the invitation to our local community to come and experience the atmosphere without having to worry about transportation. We've partnered with local bus companies who will be shuttling guests from Geelong and Lara to our estate and back.

 

In order for us to pick you up from as near to your home as possible, we have multiple stops throughout Geelong and Lara. The total cost of a bus ticket is $15. Ticket purchases after 9am on the day of the booking must be done via the phone (1300 171 259).

We can't wait for you to come and experience the sunset view from our Vista Room at the estate!

Please click the button above to make a reservation. Select any Friday and then either the Lara or Geelong shuttle. You will then be able to choose your pick-up location. When you book a seat on the bus, a table reservation will also be made for you.

What is the price of a bus ticket and what does it include?

I have a group and would like to organise a bus, are you able to help with this?

Yes, we have relationships with transport companies in both Geelong and Melbourne. Please email us at reservations@delrios.com.au and we can help organise this for you. We also have a bus shuttle service on Friday nights, please click here.



What is the price of a bus ticket and what does it include?

Do I need to make a dinner reservation in addition to the bus ticket?

No, when you book your spot on the shuttle bus and pay the $15 deposit we will automatically allocate you a table.



Can I amend my shuttle service booking?

You can add more people to the booking if you wish. Please make an additional booking or contact del Rios for all amendment requirements. No amendments to bookings will be allowed within 24 hours of the date of travel. Changes are only effective if confirmed by del Rios.



I need to cancel my reservation and therefore my bus ticket.

Once purchased, tickets are non-refundable and your del Rios shuttle service booking cannot be cancelled. In the event that you need to reschedule, your shuttle service ticket will remain valid for use within the next (6) months.



Am I allowed to drink on the bus to and from del Rios?

Shuttle busses to and from are not licensed and so alcohol consumption is not permitted. If however, you are making a private group booking, please enquire with us for licensed options.



If I am having issues finding the bus, what do I do?

del Rios will send an email on the day of your bus confirming all the details. If you have any issues, please reach out to del Rios on 1300 171 259.
