We make old world style wines incorporating contemporary techniques utilising single vineyard fruit to produce low yield, elegant, and complex age-worthy wines. All our wines go through a wild yeast (natural) fermentation - the yeast grows naturally on our estate, not in a laboratory, and are matured in French Oak. Gus del Rio, the winemaker, believes this is the truest expression of our site and creates more complex wines.
